Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• New graduates are not accepted

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Must be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
• EMR: Raintree
• HealthStream modules are required as part of pre-placement requirements
