Case Setup & Claims Specialist

We’re hiring.

Kisner Law is a growing personal injury law firm looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to help us get new cases set up the right way from day one.

This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to break into the legal field — no prior legal experience required. We will train you.

What You’ll Do:

• Call insurance companies to open new claims
• Send Letters of Representation (we’ll show you how)
• Gather claim details (claim numbers, adjusters, coverage info)
• Enter and update information in CasePeer
• Help ensure each case is organized and ready for the team

• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable on the phone
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Learns quickly and takes initiative
• Wants to grow in a legal or professional environment
