Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianSchedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8pm - 5amMaintenance Technicians are responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance services and repairs, encompassing plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic machine servicing. Additionally, they engage in various manual labor tasks such as material handling, carpet and ceiling tile replacement, light bulb replacement. Maintenance Technicians demonstrate proficiency in commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to their assigned tasks. Upon completion of assigned tasks, they diligently update and close items in the company's computerized work order and preventive maintenance system.
