Position: Receptionist
Location: Georgetown KY
Shift: Monday Thursday 8am 4:30pm and Friday 8am 12:00pm (35 Hours a week)
Payrate: $15.00/hr.
What you will be doing:
- Greet tenants and guests answer general questions.
- Answer phones for Section 8/Public Housing Department
- Make copies and assemble packets
- File and retrieve documents electronically and in hard-copy format
- Accepting rent payments
- Responding to emails
- Ensure to remain confidential in all aspects of the position
What we need from you:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or over
- Must comply with client's substance abuse & background policy
- Must have Highschool diploma or Equivalent
- Must have Valid Driver's License
- Must have previous Computer skills
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, & perform percentages.
- Knowledge of working in an office setting.
