Benefits Flexible schedule Training & development Competitive salary Benefits/Perks Professional development assistance Flexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Monthly Note Taker Opt-Out Bonus of $35 Job Summary Private practice seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide mental health therapy in an outpatient setting. Counselor must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Ability to work with children of all ages and adults is helpful for this position but not required. This is an employee position meaning you will receive a W2 at the end of the year for tax purposes. No more quarterly tax payments if you accept this position! Counselor must follow medical record documentation standards as specified by third party payers and/or legal and/or ethical regulations. Counselor will have flexibility in setting their schedule. Counselor will be requested to build and maintain a caseload size of at least 12 scheduled clients per week and may increase to comfort level beyond 12. Counselor will be a mandated reporter as required by law and must use their discretion when determining whether or not to make a report. This position is best suited to a counselor that enjoys an independent, autonomous style of work (i.e. there is no treatment team). Peer supervision is offered on an as needed basis. This position requires counselor to have their own cell phone and computer (for documentation purposes & virtual sessions). Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Current and unrestricted professional license in the state of PA Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
