Associate Attorney

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Texas Bar license; 2–3+ years of litigation experience preferred. This role focuses on General Litigation and Insurance Defense, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to manage a personal docket, engage in direct client interaction, and work alongside experienced trial attorneys. Key Eligibility Criteria Juris Doctor (JD) degree. 2–3+ years of relevant litigation experience (preferred). Strong knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP). Responsibilities & Scope of Work Manage approximately 20 active litigation files. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Communicate regularly with clients and insurance carriers. Ensure compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Stipend, Compensation & Mode Compensation: Competitive salary plus bonus potential.
