This role supports Virtual Design workflows from project setup through coordination and model maintenance while helping teams meet project goals and client expectations.You will work within project budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support standards and training needs, and help maintain quality across models and deliverables. The team you would join supports industrial, manufacturing, and MEP work, and this posting highlights a Virtual Design focus across coordinated building systems delivery.**At a Glance****Location:** Rogers, AR**Discipline:** Virtual Design**Markets:** Industrial; Manufacturing; MEP**Ownership:** 100% employee-owned (ESOP)**Work Schedule:** Full-time in office**Sponsorship:** Not available**What You'll Do*** Determine model setup configuration with the project manager and understand project scope requirements.* Attend project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings.* Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and file archival between IMEG disciplines and all external partners.* Provide team specific support for Virtual Design software/programs, escalating as needed.* Identify team specific training and education needs for standards and BIM/Virtual Design tools.* Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process.* Follow established standards for modeling and production of drawings that are of quality acceptable to the company.* Coordinate models and workflow between members of the design team.**What You'll Bring****Required Education and Experience****Education*** Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred**Experience*** 2 years of experience minimum, 3 preferred, or equivalent* Revit experience required**Skills and Abilities*** Strong Revit knowledge with emphasis on project setup and model management* Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues* Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of technical plans and models preferred* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues and clients* Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook* High level of professionalism**About the Team*** Immersive 3D models and simulations that bring projects to life.* BIM-based coordination for owners, designers, and contractors.* Tests options, materials, and sequencing before ground is broken.* Recent work includes Studio A / Edmond, OK / MRC Office + Retail, Commercial; Walmart / National / PSSE Q1 2026, Commercial; and BRR / 00298-1008 Boaz, AL / PY25 OPD, Commercial.**Why IMEG**We put people at the center of who we are, creating positive outcomes for people, communities, and our planet.
