By bridging the gap between complex data capabilities and tangible business value, you identify transformative opportunities for innovation across the organization. This role requires working at the intersection of engineering and strategy to translate high-dimensional insights into actionable roadmaps.What Success Looks Like (Objectives):Collaborate with operational stakeholders to implement targeted machine learning solutions that address defined project requirements.Deploy and maintain production machine learning models for customer segmentation, churn prediction, and lifetime value estimation within designated product components.Implement and support generative AI workflows using LLM-assisted tooling for automated transcript analysis and compliance validation.Build and maintain automated data science pipelines within existing cloud environments to support model reproducibility and team delivery.Translate model outcomes into analytical dashboards and standard reports to support operational decision-making within defined product domains.Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):Practical experience delivering predictive machine learning models, including classification, regression, and time-series forecasting algorithms.Applied AI proficiency in prompt engineering, model validation, and deployment of large language models within production environments.Technical proficiency in Python, Scala, and SQL alongside hands-on application of standard machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Competency in cloud data environments such as AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake to manage data transformation and model pipeline execution.Rigorous background in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and A/B test evaluation to validate model performance against quantitative baselines.Collaborative problem-solving capabilities to translate statistical findings into clear visualizations and team documentationMinimum Requirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative fieldMinimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in data science and applied machine learningRequired Technical Skills:Python, Scala, and SQL.Machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)Cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake)Unstructured data processing for GenAI applicationsVisa sponsorship not available for this role#LI-JZ2 Salary RangesCompensation: $100,980.00/Year - $136,625.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
