Repair Technician

Repair Technician | 1st Shift - $18$20/Hour

We're looking for a skilled Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and refurbish computer equipment. If you enjoy troubleshooting and working with both hardware and software, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues
• Run diagnostics and document findings on returned/damaged equipment
• Perform testing and quality checks on refurbished devices
• Communicate with customers on repair status and updates
• Order and manage replacement parts and returns
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Maintain organized records and work area

What You Bring

• 2+ years of computer repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware + software)
• Experience with parts ordering and repair documentation
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team
• CompTIA A+ certification (required)
• Detail-oriented and organized

Bonus Skills

• OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, etc.)
• Experience with refurbishing equipment
• Customer-facing or on-site repair experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
