Construction Laborer

Must be available the entire work period of 10/18/26-12/15/26. Must agree to 48 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer. OPENINGS: 16 **SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: **Must have at least 1 month of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling. **JOB DUTIES: **Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Measure and complete layout of livestock building and or poultry building. Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixer. Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery or equipment. Position and dismantle forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. Smooth and finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools. Operate jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement. Position, join, align, or seal structural components, such as concrete wall section or pipes. Tie rebar, position aluminum wall-forms, and place all concrete. Maintain and repair equipment. Clean job site. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs/75yds. One month of aluminum wall-form setting experience required. Please see ETA 790 Addendum for additional detail/specifics. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries. HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance. TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s). **WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: **Provided.
