Your Responsibilities

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates leveraging our cutting-edge platform and your personal network
• Engage potential candidates, sharing MLR opportunities while assessing their interests
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for deeper evaluations
• Follow up with prospects to sustain their interest and guide them through their hiring journey
• Maintain precise and updated documentation in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings you've scheduled, interviews you've facilitated, and successful hires stemming from your efforts

Compensation Structure
