Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - NICU
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will deliver specialized, evidence-based care to newborns who are premature or critically ill, all within a dynamic and high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide continuous monitoring of patients to ensure their well-being.
- Administer medications as prescribed and manage ventilators and other medical devices.
- Educate families about their newborns' conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with neonatologists and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in a NICU or similar high-acuity setting is preferred.
- Strong commitment to ethical practices and patient safety.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decision-making and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
