We provide competitive pay, starting at $25.18 per hour for a Paramedic, with 1% additional per year, for every year of work experience as a Paramedic, up to 10 years. The annual base for a Paramedic with Coastal averages $58,755 - $63,629 per year.Shifts may be daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. We offer shift differential and overtime. Days worked are typically based on a rotating schedule, which may include alternating weekends, and may include built-in overtime.
