Community Liaison/Senior Care MarketerHomeWell Care Services of Lake County & The Villages is currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Community Liaison/Senior Care Marketer to join our team. HomeWell Care Services, a non-medical, nationally recognized home care agency, provides personal care for seniors so that they may remain in the comfort of their own homes. Each interaction enhances the lives of our seniors in their home.The Community Liaison/Senior Care Marketer is responsible for generating brand awareness and creating a positive identity for the agency in the community, with the goal of producing client referrals and increasing client census and service hours for the agency. This role is largely focused on building and maintaining relationships with new and existing referral sources, promoting the agency as a valued partner, trusted provider, and home care expert. Responsibilities and DutiesGenerate appropriate referrals by promoting the agency and creating a need for agency services in the communityBuild and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, home health and hospice agencies, senior centers, and other community organizationsIdentify, research, and pre-qualify prospective accountsTravel locally within the agency's territory, meeting with professional referral sourcesConduct in-person, face-to-face visits with a minimum of 10-12 accounts per dayDemonstrate value for the health care organizations being visitedProvide relevant post-meeting follow-upEnsure any action steps are completed within the agreed-upon timeframeRepresent the agency multiple times per week in-person, at seniors-focused networking meetings, community events, and professional organizationsPre-plan weekly routing and sales activities, maximizing efficiency and cost effectiveness of daily activities where possible; set goals for each sales call and prepare any needed materialsRequired Skills & AbilitiesExceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent follow-up, planning, and organizational skills.Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to present a positive and credible business image.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems or related software.A reliable means of transportation with current insurance and a valid driver's license.Passionate about helping seniors live with dignity.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of two years of healthcare experience in sales and marketing, with a strong preference for in-home care salesExceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with professionals in a variety of settingsCreative and self-driven with the ability to problem solve and apply sound judgmentExcellent follow-up, planning, and organizational skillsProven results with building and maintaining business relationshipsMust present a positive and professional business imagePassionate about helping seniors live with dignityIndustry Leading, Nation-Wide Team At HomeWell Care Services, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care for seniors and others needing individualized support and companionship at home.
