Collections & Process Improvement Lead
Citizens
Citizens is seeking a Collections Lead in Johnston, Rhode Island. This role requires management of operational controls, process improvements, and risk issues for the Recovery team. The successful candidate will need at least 2 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills.
