About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Health and Wellness Finance, FP&A. This role is pivotal in providing financial leadership for the health and wellness platform, with a focus on strategic vision, investment initiatives, and driving profitable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, as well as engaging with market teams to understand business dynamics and communicate performance. Essential responsibilities include leading financial performance analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize growth potential, and managing the annual operating plan, short-range forecast, and strategic planning process. The role also involves leading a team, providing key analytics and insights, and supporting strategic initiatives. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' FP&A experience, or in lieu of a degree, 10 years' FP&A experience. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance role for a consumer finance organization is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis, as well as experience in credit card portfolio acquisition and investment evaluation. Desired characteristics include experience in leading a team, complex financial modeling, and a proven track record of driving change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Oracle/Hyperion systems is also preferred. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to lead discussions with executive teams, and a strong focus on process management.
