Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Skills and attributes for success:Reply to calls and emails from the public on housing and FHA mortgages.Use a knowledge base and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to answer customer requests.Document your communications in our database.Qualifications:Bilingual and fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificateMinimum of two (2) years of customer service, call center, or contact center work history.Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigationIdeally, you will also have:Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.Ability to navigate a content management system, other applications and related web sites.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service, dependability and time management skills.Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.Call Center (omnichannel) background a plus.Our Commitment:Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
