Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of New Jersey (NJ) to work in the specialty area of skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long‑term care (LTC). This is a contract, 5×8 days position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance. Required qualifications: At least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in SNF / LTC. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
