Ultrasound Technologist Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Minimum 2 years experience in high-risk OB/Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Must have experience performing detailed anatomic ultrasound exams, Umbilical Artery and Middle Cerebral Artery Dopplers, multiple gestation studies, and transvaginal cervical length. Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS, ARDMS OB/GYN. Experience with Epic charting and GE Voluson platforms. Patient ratio experience: 1:1.

Perform detailed fetal anatomic surveys across all trimesters. Assess amniotic fluid index (AFI) and evaluate for placenta previa. Conduct multiple gestation evaluations and assess umbilical cord function. Execute Umbilical Artery and MCA Dopplers and transvaginal cervical length measurements. Adhere to isolation precautions and proper use of PPE. Document all findings accurately within the EMR.

Orientation: 16 hours. Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed). RTO (request time off) restriction: Max 7 days without approval. Scrub color: Royal blue. Local candidate rule: No local candidates within a 75-mile radius.
