We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a small team of mechanical engineers while actively contributing to mechanical design and manufacturing engineering efforts. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys balancing people management with direct engineering work.

What You'll Be Doing:  

\n

\n
• \n

  Lead and develop a small team of mechanical engineers supporting product design and electromechanical assembly

\n
• \n

  Act as a working manager, performing hands-on mechanical design and engineering

\n
• \n

  Drive design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA) across injection molded, sheet metal, machined, and cast components

\n
• \n

  Develop should-cost models and partner with supply chain and non-franchised buyers to support supplier negotiations

\n
• \n

  Apply industrial and manufacturing engineering principles to support in-house production line development

\n
• \n

  Support electromechanical integration, prototyping, and production troubleshooting

\n
• \n

  Ensure disciplined use of PLM systems, revision control, and engineering change management

\n

\n

\n

What We Are Looking For:  

\n

\n
• \n

  10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including leadership or management responsibilities

\n
• \n

  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

\n
• \n

  Strong hands-on mechanical design background

\n
• \n

  Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers

\n
• \n

  Experience working with suppliers, sourcing, and cost optimization

\n
• \n

  Working knowledge of PLM systems, revision control, and change control processes

\n
• \n

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule - preferred locations are Phoenix Sky Harbor Office or Denver Panorama Office

\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n $130,100.00 - $168,795.00\n

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
