You may support customers in sales, cashier, merchandising, and receiving work, giving you a broad view of how the store operates. Your efforts influence service, sales, store readiness, and the overall customer experience.You move where the store and its customers need support most, whether that means helping someone find the right product, completing checkout transactions, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, or keeping pricing and signage accurate. Throughout each shift, the work requires attention to detail, product knowledge, and a willingness to learn new processes. By keeping merchandise organized and store areas ready, you help the team serve customers quickly during a high-volume season.Who You Will Work WithYou work alongside store team members across cashier, merchandising, receiving, and sales functions. Collaboration is hands-on and fast-moving, with the team shifting attention as customer traffic and store priorities change. Clear communication and dependable follow-through help everyone maintain a welcoming, organized store.You also connect directly with customers, listen to understand what they need, and use store and product knowledge to guide them.
