Forklift Driver (Temp-to-Hire) - Minden, NV
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Manpower is hiring a Forklift Driver for a growing manufacturing company in Carson City. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is looking to build a long-term career. Job Responsibilities
- Stack beverage cases onto pallets by hand.
- Pack and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Load bags and materials as needed.
- Lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Maintain production line supplies.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and SOP procedures.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation following company standards.
- Operate a forklift as trained and assigned.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a humid manufacturing environment.
- Dependable with a strong attention to safety and quality.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Long pants required.
- Shirt with sleeves required.
- Hair restraints and required PPE will be provided and must be worn.
