ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to Developers, Technical Consultants and BAs.
• Lead solution design, integrations, technical documentation and best practices.
• Work across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, SecOps and custom applications.
• Design integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Provide guidance on CMDB, CSDM, workflows, data architecture and platform governance.
• Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders throughout delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with significant experience working at an architectural level.
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, with deep expertise in at least one or more core areas.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, application development, integrations, workflows, data models, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience leading technical teams and working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrades, releases, performance, security, and governance.
• Ability to produce and review high-level and low-level technical designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
