Weekday Schedule | No Call | Community Hospital | Long-Term Assignment

Palm Health Resources is seeking an experienced Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a well-supported community hospital in Columbia, South Carolina . This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, a broad bread-and-butter case mix, and a collaborative anesthesia care team in one of South Carolina's fastest-growing metro areas.

• Start: Fall 2026 (13-week contract with extension potential)
• Schedule: MondayFriday
• Hours: 7:00 AM5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Call: None
• Community hospital with an on-campus outpatient surgery center
• 7 operating rooms + 1 endoscopy suite
• Approximately 30+ cases per day
• Epic EMR
• Medical Direction (ACT) model 4:1 supervision

Provide anesthesia care for adolescents and adults across a diverse surgical service line.

Primary Case Mix

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Spine
• Gynecology
• Ophthalmology
• Plastics

Out-of-OR Coverage May Include

• GI Endoscopy
• MRI
• CV/TEE procedures

Required Skills

• General anesthesia
• Spine cases
• Ventilation management
• Evaluation and management of acute hemodynamic/volume issues
• Arterial line placement

• NBCRNA Certified
• Active South Carolina CRNA license
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA)
• DEA
• Epic experience preferred
• Clean malpractice and background history
