Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Montana-licensed LCSW to provide remote mental health services in a full-time telehealth role. You will work with clients who need professional support for emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, stress, trauma, life transitions, and other issues that affect day-to-day functioning. Through assessment, therapy, and treatment planning, you will help clients create practical steps toward healthier routines, better coping skills, and stronger overall well-being. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Assess client history, symptoms, support systems, and treatment goals Develop treatment plans and update them as care progresses Support clients with mental health concerns and daily life stressors Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Maintain privacy, ethical standards, and professional boundaries Qualifications Active Montana LCSW license required Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a remote role where your work supports real progress for Montana clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gotham Enterprises Ltd
