Long-term Infant Nanny NeededFor Our 6-month-old

We are located in Chandler (Near Cooper and Pecos). We are looking for someone to start around August 17, 2026. My wife and I, we both work from home and may occasionally say hi, but we will respect the nanny's rhythm and will avoid disrupting naps, feeds, and transitions. We also have a hypoallergenic dog, she won't be the caregivers responsibility but she might ask for a belly rub every once-in-a-while.We're hoping to build a warm, respectful, long-term relationship with a nanny who feels like a trusted part of our son's early years. We offer guaranteed hours, paid time off, paid holidays, a W-2 household employee position paid through payroll, and a predictable weekday schedule.
