Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, maintaining Jira hygiene, and supporting multiple teams in a data-driven environment. This role requires a strong background in data platforms, Agile methodologies, and the ability to work with onshore and offshore teams. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for two to three teams, supporting Agile and Kanban practices.
• Maintain and improve Jira hygiene to ensure quality and enterprise-level tactics.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage product backlogs and Jira stories.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and encourage team collaboration and patience.
• Support programs with longer durations and enterprise-level impact.
• Work with onshore and offshore teams, primarily in India, to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Provide guidance on infrastructure, application, performance, standardization, and platform optimization teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and enterprise standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a data domain environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and maintaining Jira hygiene.
• Background in data platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Previous project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage small teams (10-15 people per team) and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Flexibility to work in CST time zone, even if located in a different time zone.

Pay Range: $70 - $73

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
