Description: The Registered Nurse will demonstrate knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients across various age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. The nurse will document thoroughly as care is delivered, following regulatory and hospital requirements. Participation in the responsible management of healthcare resources is essential. The nurse will assume responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development for themselves and others. Practicing in a clinical environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills is expected. The ability to work varied shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays, is required. The position involves managing patient care with a patient ratio of 1:7. Knowledge of various mental health issues and crisis intervention techniques is essential. Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from various health professionals. Ideal candidates must demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times. Creativity, problem analysis, teamwork, and decision-making skills are necessary for this role.
