Customer Service Representative

Overview We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at FASTSIGNS in Lacey. We’re a locally owned shop with a small team, and we work closely together to help businesses create signage that makes an impact. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers in our FASTSIGNS Center Learn how to create quotes, enter orders, and keep projects on track Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and keep jobs moving Build strong relationships and turn new customers into repeat clients Qualifications 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships Great listening and organization skills Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits Paid time off Employee discounts Free uniforms Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Training and development Competitive pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Paid vacation and holidays Opportunity for commission-based earnings as you grow in the role Ongoing training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
