CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Eureka, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

The Gig

Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
Use a camera pole for roof photos
Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

Service Fees

Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
Time estimates: 2 working day(s) per week / 8 days per month

Work window: 8am - Sunset, Monday–Saturday
