We also make active liquid cooling systems that are utilized in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load.This role will sit in Claremont, NH.Relocation Available.Competitive salary and including bonus opportunitiesWhat will you do?Leadership & Execution: Oversee production operations, including machining, brazing, mechanical assembly, testing, purchasing, planning, production, and inventory control. Align daily operations with company objectives and customer expectations.Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high-quality standards. Implement lean principles and six sigma methods to improve process control and capacity.Team Management: Lead and develop our high-performing team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.Customer Engagement: Act as a key liaison as needed with customers to enhance output, yield, and satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.Process Improvement: Drive change management initiatives, implementing continuous productivity and cost-reduction programs.
