Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics has a lease-purchase flatbed opportunity serving Metairie, LA, built around flexible routes and strong driver support. You will run flatbed freight, manage load securement, and deliver professionally while following safety protocols.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain flatbed tractors safely for local and regional routes.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and log equipment conditions.
• Secure loads to regulatory standards, keep accurate trip records, and liaise with dispatch.

The role includes an 80% gross pay split (typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000), lease-to-own within one year, 2019–2020 model equipment, pet/rider allowances, round-the-clock support, and a 90-day test drive.
