Compensation

Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Base pay can reach up to $18.50 per hour.

The compensation for this role may vary based on individual experience. Therefore, the final salary for new hires will be determined accordingly.

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Center Automotive Technician, you will carry out a variety of tasks within our Automotive Service Center, which may include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Repairing and installing tires
• Balancing wheels
• Installing batteries, headlamps, and other basic automotive components
• Performing oil changes
• Repairing brake systems
• Completing additional duties as assigned, with ongoing on-the-job training

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Availability to work evenings and at least every other weekend
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues is required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous auto repair experience is preferred
• Prior retail experience is also preferred
• For Michigan locations only: ASE A4 and A6 Certifications are required for Tech Level II, and ASE A3, A4, A5, and A6 Certifications are required for Tech Level III, or equivalent Michigan certifications.
