Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time (HCS Program) Houston, United States | Posted on 08/04/2026 Adaptive Aids, LLC is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care and support within our Home and Community-based Services (HCS) program. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented nurse who is passionate about delivering quality care in community settings. Position Overview Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LVN provides direct patient care, medication administration, documentation, and coordination of services to support individualized care plans and ensure compliance with HCS and state regulations.
