Retail Engagement Specialist

Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - AMRET - WA - Seattle 167 Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: $25 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory. Responsibilities Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner. Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence. Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in-store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at the retailer. Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory and advise merchants by providing information on products. Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback. Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch‑related activities and events. Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner. Day‑to‑Day Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory, approximately 22–35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams. Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment. Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route. Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused. Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing experience is a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Maintain customer confidentiality. Reliable transportation within assigned territory. Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits. Effectively demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity.
