Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Española, NM | $165,000-$200,000 We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity serving Veterans in Española, New Mexico. This is a full-time position offering a predictable weekday schedule, strong compensation, and an excellent work-life balance. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No call, evenings, weekends, or holidays. What you'll do: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to Veterans Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Qualifications: MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Board-certified Nurse Practitioner Active, unrestricted APRN license Active DEA registration Primary care experience preferred VA/CPRS/VISTA experience is a plus, not required Compensation: $165,000-$200,000 , based on experience. The top of the range is reserved for highly experienced candidates.
