Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide virtual individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform, adapting the approach as needed to accommodate various client needs. \n
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments, gathering comprehensive data to inform evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances. \n
- Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches. \n
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation compliant with Nevada licensure standards to ensure accurate record-keeping and continuity of care. \n
- Collaboratively coordinate care with other members of the clinical team, ensuring holistic support for clients and fostering a strong therapeutic alliance. \n
- Participate in regular remote team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions to remain updated on best practices and further enhance your clinical skills. \n
You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding these clients through their personal struggles, helping them build resilience and develop effective coping strategies.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Nevada. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in the field of marriage and family therapy. \n

- Experience providing telehealth services is highly preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. \n
- Demonstrated clinical skills in relational therapy and family systems, with an emphasis on client-centered approaches. \n
