Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health is needed in the area. The position involves providing direct patient care services to clients in a home health setting, collaborating with team members, and participating in care planning. The role requires the ability to work independently and handle different aspects of rehabilitation equipment including splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and modalities.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license, current work history within the past year, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, Massachusetts driver's license, and proficiency with home health care including OASIS. Experience in acute nursing care (hospital-based) and home care experience are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care experience and certified home health experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have their own vehicle, include perm address in profile, and be able to pass a fit test with a N95 mask. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. No after-offer scheduling requests will be considered. All travelers must include their perm address in the profile. The position starts on 10/19/2026 and ends on 01/18/2027.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
