Remote Customer Service Representative Overview
* *Start Date:* September 14, 2026
* *Location:* 100% remote
* *Shift:* Open availability required between *7:45 AM - 10:00 PM* (local time); Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
* *Work Arrangement:* 100% Remote
What You'll Be Doing
* Answer inbound customer calls and chat inquiries, assisting with account creation, password resets, document uploads, and general support.
* Help customers understand eligibility requirements and healthcare coverage options while delivering a positive customer experience.
* Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
* Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
* Experience handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional background in retail, hospitality, or food service may be considered.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
* Stable and recent work history with no significant employment gaps.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
