Location: NYC (Hybrid) Job Summary We're looking for a Director of Programmatic Demand Partnerships to own and grow our demand-side partner portfolio and revenue. This is a partnership-driven, revenue-driving role for a natural deal-maker who understands how programmatic POC/DOOH media gets bought and sold and can translate strategic partnerships into durable commercial growth. You will take ownership of our existing demand-side partnerships across the AdTech ecosystem: DSPs, agency trading desks,andad networks– growing spend and partnership anddeepening their commercial value over time. Just as importantly, you will be expected to source and build newdemandpartnerships that expand ourcoverageanddemand and that add measurable value to the business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact seat with direct influence over the company's growth trajectory. WhatYou’llDo Own and grow our existingdemand-side partnerships across the programmaticPOC/DOOH ecosystem - with DSPs, agency trading desks, andad networks, serving as the senior commercial owner and maximizing the value of each. Source and build newdemandpartnerships that add measurable value to the company,identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities that grow demand and monetization. Partner with client sellers who call on advertisers directly to make sure that demand partnerships and advertiser spend arein syncand yield positive for the business. Build andmaintaina pipeline of newdemand partnership opportunities across the programmatic DOOH ecosystem -identifyingemerging DSPs, agency trading desks, and demand partnersbefore competitors do. Partner cross-functionally with product, ad ops, finance, and account teams to ensure deals are operationally sound and supported end-to-end. Represent the company at industry events, building visibility and surfacing newdemandpartnership opportunities. What We Need 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, withsignificant timespent on the demand side of programmaticPOC/DOOHor adjacent programmatic media. A strong, active commercial and strategic presence across theprogrammatic DOOH demand ecosystem. You know the DSPs, agency trading desks, and key decision-makers, and have the credibility to open doors and build new demandpartnerships. A proventrack recordas a dealmaker:you'vesourced, negotiated, and closed meaningful commercial agreements and can point to the revenue they generated. Strong commercial negotiation skills with growth orientation. You find the structure that gets the deal done without giving away the future. Fluency in how programmatic works end-to-end: DSPs, exchanges, take rates, revenue share, and the mechanics of DOOH demand. Desired Qualifications Experience in healthcare or pharma mediais a plus. Established standing withmajor programmatic DOOH DSPs and demand-side platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, or comparable platforms, witha track recordof building demandpartnerships with them. MBA is a plus. Base Salary Band: $126,000 - $212,750 Plus Variable Compensation Compensation: AtPatientPoint, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. The base salary range listed is just onecomponentofPatientPoint’stotal compensation package for employees.
