About the role Grace Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our private duty home care team. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes — building meaningful relationships and helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life. Schedule & details Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-Call/Fill-In Schedule) 40 hours guaranteed weekly!
