Estimator Project Manager

Job Description

We are a small site development company looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager. Experience must include excavation, storm & sanitary sewer work, water, paving, concrete & site demolition.

Skills

Basic understanding of construction project management concepts
Ability reading blue prints
Proficient with mathematical, organizational, time management and computer skills
Ability to manage and organize plan logs for multiple projects
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver's license

Job Duties

Earthwork takeoff
Organize, manage & distribute pricing requests to vendors & sub-contractors
RFI's
Complete projects start to finish
Goal to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Obtain necessary permits and licenses
Plan, determine resources and schedule all projects
Follow all OSHA safety and health standards
