As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-traffic government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to travelers, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and other stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned airport facilities, terminals, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas, with working conditions varying by location and assignment.
• Observe and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, hazards, and other security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as directed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter prohibited activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
