This supervisor role requires you to supervise crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. You will lead by example, lead daily execution on job sites, and lead communication between crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations.Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standardsSupervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractorsCommunicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finishPrepare and collect invoices once the job is completedLook for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc.Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulationsDaily travel in the home marketMentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesionQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen1-3 Years of industry experience preferredAbility to work overtime as neededAbility to work two Saturdays per month during peak seasonWork EnvironmentThis position primarily involves working in the field at work sitesMust be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environmentMust be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.Ability to climb ladders to determine work needsDrivingMust possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.Note: This job ad description is intended to provide an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for the position at Bone Dry Roofing.
