Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to safety, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour $1 per hour increase after 30 days on the job with good attendance and performance

Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, occasional Saturdays required

What's the Job?

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
• Transport raw materials and finished products to designated locations efficiently
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support operational efficiency

What's Needed?

• Prior forklift operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays as required
