Machine Operator I Location: Cypress, TX Job Type: Full-Time Rate: $21-23 per hour About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator I to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain production equipment to ensure high‑quality output while meeting production timelines. What We’re Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and specifications Attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, percentages) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) 0-2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Previous production or quality certifications are a plus Key Responsibilities Operate assigned machinery to produce high‑quality products in a timely manner Assist with machine setup and ensure proper configuration for each job Review work orders and production schedules to meet specifications and deadlines Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.) Identify defects and make necessary corrections to maintain quality standards Maintain accurate production and operational records Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards) Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Requirements Ability to work overtime when required.
