Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial patient assessments and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and needs.
• Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and require interventions.
• Develop and implement measurable, individualized care plans.
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient outcome evaluations and adjust plans accordingly.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC Certification required.
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to patient population served.
• Sensitivity to patients' rights in the delivery of care.
• Clear, concise communication tailored to the patient's developmental age.
