MARKETING SPECIALIST

Starting Salary: $75k + Performance Incentives + Benefits  

Full-time onsite role in our East Austin Office

Easy Pay Direct is a 13-year-old payments company that has helped over 100,000 businesses process billions in revenue.

We are launching a new agentic commerce platform, EPD Commerce, in the coming months. We are a nimble team, moving fast, and we need a marketer who can execute across a lot of surface area.

The role

You'll report to the Director of Marketing. You'll own execution across social, email, content, and creative for both Easy Pay Direct and the new EPD Commerce platform. This is a broad multi-tool executor seat.

What you'll actually own

• The Beyond a Million awards program. We recognize clients when they cross $1M in processed revenue. That includes coordinating physical award shipments, chasing testimonials from winners, getting posts to social, and working it into the newsletter.
• Marketing execution for the EPD Commerce launch in November. You'll be helping ship the platform assets, landing pages, and social content that go with it.
• Both Instagram accounts, Easy Pay Direct and EPD Commerce, day to day.
• Our newsletter, which is AI-drafted and editorially reviewed before it ships.
• Quick website updates in our vibe-coding style builder.
• Ad creative support for our paid campaigns
• Client testimonial and review collection, turned into case studies and content.
• Affiliate and referral partner onboarding.

Who you probably are

• 3+ years in digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting instincts. Newsletter, ad copy, social captions, landing page copy.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, or you've used a similar CRM and can ramp fast.
• You use AI daily as part of your workflow. Claude, ChatGPT, whatever, but you use it.
• You've run social for a real brand, not just a personal account.
• Design eye is a plus. If you can produce clean Instagram posts and email graphics, say so.

Nice to have, not required

• Payments, fintech, or e-commerce background.
• Experience with awards programs, customer recognition, or community marketing.
• Direct response marketing.

Requirements:

• Full-time onsite role in our East Austin Office
• At least 3 years of experience in direct response or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in funnel building, experience with WordPress or HubSpot is a bonus.
• A proven history of successful marketing projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs and relevant systems.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and automation workflows.
• Comfortable helping with the details and moving parts behind marketing projects, not just the creative side.
