Job Description Beyou Behavior Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers hands‑on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Position Behavior Therapist Pay $30.00 per hour Where and How You Can Work In‑person sessions in Oakley, Brentwood, Antioch Home, school, and community‑based settings Part‑time schedule Availability required: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM Minimum 10 hours per week; 15–20 hours maximum per week What You’d Be Doing in This Role You’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing play‑based therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children build essential life, communication, and social skills while supporting families in meaningful ways.
