Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and digital systems. Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Organise, sort, and maintain digital files and records in a systematic and confidential manner. Prepare and generate routine reports, summaries, and data analyses as required by management. Assist with regular data clean-up and database maintenance projects. Liaise with other departments to gather information and ensure the consistency of data across the business. Adhere strictly to data privacy and security protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role. Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills. A high level of discretion and a commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
